ph646 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "ph646", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to ph646.cam and the entity operating the online gaming platform accessible at that domain.
• "Player", "you", or "Member" means any individual who has registered an account on ph646.cam or is accessing the platform for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on ph646, through which the Player accesses all platform services.
• "Funds" means real money deposited by a Player into their ph646 Account wallet, denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ph646 that are subject to separate wagering conditions before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on ph646.
• "Terms" refers to this document in its entirety, including any supplementary rules referenced herein.
• "Platform Services" refers collectively to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and all other features accessible through a ph646 Account.

By accessing ph646.cam, registering an Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with ph646's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• Not be registered on any self-exclusion register operated by ph646 or by PAGCOR;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of any employee of ph646 or its affiliated game providers.

ph646 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including a valid government-issued Philippine identification such as a passport, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, or UMID card — at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Each Player may register only one Account on ph646. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph646 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You must promptly update your account information if any of it changes. ph646 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

ph646 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identification documents and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. ph646 may delay or suspend a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph646 login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other individual to access or use your Account.

ph646 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your ph646 Account, you must notify ph646 support immediately at [email protected].

ph646 reserves the right to suspend any Account it reasonably suspects has been compromised or is being accessed by an unauthorized third party, pending investigation and player verification.

ph646 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfer methods.

By depositing funds into your ph646 Account, you confirm that:

• All deposited funds are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity;
• You are the sole legal owner of the payment method used to make the deposit;
• You are not acting as a conduit or agent for any third party in making the deposit.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your ph646 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to three (3) business hours to reflect in your account. ph646 does not charge internal fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests at ph646 are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. ph646 targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals; bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one to three (1–3) business hours.

ph646 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not previously completed identity verification may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of payment method ownership before their first withdrawal is released.

ph646 may delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• The Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse;
• There are active Bonus Funds in the Account that have not yet met their applicable wagering requirements;
• KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided;
• The withdrawal request appears inconsistent with normal account activity and requires additional review.

ph646 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and other incentives to Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts on bonus-derived winnings.

• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled are eligible for withdrawal.
• Where a Member holds both real-money Funds and Bonus Funds, real-money Funds are used first unless the Platform's system specifies otherwise for a given promotion.
• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• ph646 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, provided that modifications do not adversely affect Members who have already opted in and partially fulfilled wagering requirements.

All games available on ph646 — including slots, live dealer tables, online bingo, sabong, and sports betting — are subject to their individual game rules, which are available within the respective game interface or lobby. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail in relation to gameplay, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed interruption affecting game outcomes or odds at ph646, the Platform reserves the right to void any affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. ph646 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Platform Services and shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and events on ph646. These limits are displayed within each game or market. ph646 reserves the right to alter bet limits at any time, including reducing maximum stakes for individual accounts where risk management requires it.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph646 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds to place wagers with an artificially guaranteed positive outcome;
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of illegal origin through ph646;
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals on deposits after wagers have been placed using those funds;
• Engaging in any conduct that ph646 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or disruptive to other Players, the Platform, or ph646 staff.

All content on ph646.cam — including but not limited to the ph646 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data — is the intellectual property of ph646 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants Players any right, title, or license to use ph646 intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing and using Platform Services as a registered Member.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any ph646 content is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement of applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

ph646 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk and is not a reliable source of income. ph646 strongly encourages Players to set personal limits on their gaming activity and to seek assistance if they believe their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or those around them.

All Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set period. The Platform will pause gaming activity when the limit is reached.
• Session Time Alerts — Receive notifications at set intervals reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cool-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours up to six (6) weeks. Cool-off activates immediately and cannot be overridden during the elected period.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or for a defined extended period exclude yourself from all ph646 gaming activity. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period concludes, under any circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph646 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party failures.

ph646's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of Platform Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in this clause limits ph646's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ph646 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, regulatory requirements, or for any other reason ph646 determines warrants such action.

A Player may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting ph646 support. Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method on record, following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure, whether voluntary or initiated by ph646.

ph646 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via notification within the ph646 platform interface or by electronic communication to the mobile number registered to the Account.

The effective date of the amended Terms will be updated at the top of this page. Your continued use of ph646.cam and its Platform Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ph646 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit any dispute or complaint through ph646's internal complaints procedure by contacting support at [email protected]. ph646 will acknowledge all complaints within two (2) business days and aims to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of all relevant information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, it may be escalated to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the matter.
